Six and five-eighths inches across, the RE-6 is Recovery's salad and dessert round — the plate that takes a side salad, a slice of pie, or a cheese course without the food sliding into the rim. It is three-eighths of an inch under seven inches, which keeps two of them side by side on a standard cover.

Recovery steps its small rounds closely: RE-5 at 5-1/2, this one at 6-5/8, and RE-7 at 7-1/8. Half an inch of diameter changes how much dressed greens a plate holds without spillage, which is why the line carries all three rather than splitting the difference.
