The RE-34 measures 9-3/8 inches by 6-1/2, the larger of Recovery's two small ovals. It takes a composed appetizer, a dessert with accompaniments, or a half sandwich with a cup of soup alongside, and its length gives a kitchen somewhere to put a garnish without stacking it on the food.
