Yanco PS-7 Piscataway Chinaware 7-1/2" Plate, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

A seven-and-a-half-inch round, half an inch tall, with a rim narrow enough that nearly the whole diameter stays usable. Dessert is the obvious job — a slice of cake, a plated tart, a scoop with a tuile — but it takes a bread service for two, a side of vegetables alongside a main, or a cheese course.

It is an inch and a quarter wider than the Piscataway bread plate and three-quarters of an inch narrower than the eight-and-a-quarter-inch round, which puts it in a gap many patterns leave empty. Bone white chinaware, with a rim plain enough to sit under any garnish.
