Thirteen inches across and 3" deep, holding 60 ounces. This is the buffet and family-style end of the salad run, built for a full head of romaine dressed whole, a pasta salad for a catered lunch, or a bed of crushed ice on a cold table.
Unlike the shallower sizes below it, the wall climbs to a full three inches, which keeps a mounded load from spilling over the lip when the bowl is carried across a dining room. The foot is proportionally broad so a loaded bowl stays put on a sloped buffet riser. Chinaware holds a chill well, so a pre-cooled bowl buys a salad time on a warm service line.
