It opens the Piscataway salad run, which climbs through 10", 12" and 13" at 32, 48 and 60 ounces. The proportion stays the same as it scales, so a table set with two sizes reads as one family. The broad foot takes the weight of a dressed salad without rocking when a server sets it down one-handed.
