About this product
At 22 ounces this is the starting size in Nessico's rimless bowl run, meant for a single serving of soup, chili or a side of rice rather than a shared portion. The wall climbs straight up from the base with no rim to catch drips, so a server can wipe the outer edge clean in one pass and send it straight back out.
Stacking is where the rimless shape earns its place. A column of these nests tightly on a shelf or in a reach-in, and the shallow 2-1/4 inch wall keeps that column short enough to lift with one hand. Counter and cafeteria operations running a soup station through a lunch rush tend to buy this size in depth and keep the wider rounds for pasta.
