About this product
Half a gallon in a single square bowl. Sixty-four ounces is the largest capacity Yanco specifies anywhere in the Main Land range, and ML-409 is the piece a kitchen reaches for when the salad is tossed and served from the same vessel. It measures 9-1/2 inches across with walls deep enough to turn greens against.
It works as a family-style centre bowl, a fruit display on a breakfast buffet, or a holding vessel at a prep station during service. Two dozen in a case is generous for a serving piece of this size, which suits a caterer staging several tables at once rather than a dining room buying one or two.
