The MI-110 is the dinner plate of the Misty rounds, 10-1/2 inches across with a 1 inch rise that keeps sauce inside the rim. It carries a full entree with a starch and a vegetable and still leaves a clean margin of the speckled surface showing around the plating.
Melamine at this diameter stays light enough to carry three to an arm, and it does not conduct heat the way a ceramic charger does, so a plate out of a warming cabinet is still handled comfortably. Two dozen to a case matches the 9 inch MI-108 below it, which makes restocking a section straightforward when both sizes run together on one menu.
