About this product
At eight and three eighths inches this is the larger of Mayor's two salad plates, and the extra seven eighths of an inch over the 7-1/2 inch size is enough to change what it can carry.
A composed salad, a sandwich with a garnish, or a pasta starter all plate properly here where they would crowd the smaller face. It is still short of the nine inch dinner plate, so the course hierarchy stays legible across a laid table. One inch of depth gives the rim something to work against. Thirty-six to a case matches the quantity Mayor packs its bread plates and its 7-1/2 inch salad plate in.
