A 3-1/2" square with a dividing wall down the middle, JP-0001 keeps two condiments apart without putting a second dish on the cover — soy on one side, wasabi or ponzu on the other. The square footprint tucks against the edge of a sushi plate or into the corner of a bento tray, and the small scale lets a counter set one at every seat without crowding the board.
It is the smaller of the two divided sauce dishes Yanco builds for this pattern; JP-4031 runs 5" long and splits into two 2.5 oz wells. Melamine shrugs off the knocks that retire porcelain dishes this size, it is dishwasher safe, and the Sand body carries the same abstract Japanese print as the plates and bowls it sits beside. Six dozen to the case.
