About this product
An 11-1/4 inch coupe round with a 1-1/8 inch wall, the broadest plate in the rimless line and the deepest walled of the coupe rounds. The continuous curve carries a little more height at the edge than the 10-1/4, which helps when a sauce is poured at the table.
This is a presentation plate. An inch of extra diameter over the 10-1/4 coupe sounds minor but adds a visible margin of glaze around a plated course, and the speckle pattern is what fills that margin. Cased by the dozen. The foot is wide enough that the plate does not tip when it is carried one-handed from the pass. Chinaware, dishwasher safe, microwave safe.
