Fifteen ounces, five and seven-eighths inches across, two and a quarter inches deep — the largest and deepest of the three Green Band nappies. This is a full bowl of soup rather than a cup, and the depth tells on anything with body: a chilli, a stew, a thick chowder that would mound up and spill past a shallower rim.
Against the GB-15 it adds a quarter inch of depth and two and a half ounces; against the GB-24 it is five ounces larger. Its rim carries the same green line as the smaller two, so a station can run all three sizes without the table looking mismatched.
