About this product
Seventeen and a half by twelve and a half inches, this is the largest of the three Catering cake plates and the only one of them to come twelve to the case rather than twenty-four, a reflection of the shelf space it takes.
The body is a touch thicker at seven-eighths of an inch, which it needs in order to stay rigid when a full cake sits on it. Its proportions handle a half-sheet layout, a tiered pastry arrangement, or a cheese course with crackers and fruit alongside. Flat and break-resistant, it travels to an off-site venue in a crate without picking up the chipping a ceramic board would.
