About this product
White, twenty inches, a full inch deep: the widest of the white rounds and the standard base for a centre-table display.
Its diameter lines up neatly with the sixteen-inch round bowl in this collection, so a bowl can be set directly on the platter with a two-inch border of ice, greens or garnish showing all the way around, a common trick for chilled seafood. The low flat profile also makes it a serviceable tray for passing stacked small plates. Moulded melamine takes the repeated crating and uncrating of event work far better than china, and the surface does not craze with washing.
