Teal reads coastal, and that is largely where this 7-1/2 inch round ends up: ceviche, a half dozen oysters on ice chips, a crab cake with remoulade beside it. The black exterior stops the colour tipping over into novelty, which matters when a room has to look the same at lunch as it does at night.
