About this product
At 12 inches square, BA-112 is the serving end of the Bamboo Style square range, an inch up from the 11-inch BA-1111 and two inches up from the 10-inch BA-110. As a platter it holds a whole fish, a tempura service for the table, or a tiered arrangement of maki.
A flat square field suits plating laid out in rows, which is harder to bring off convincingly on a round. Twelve to a case is the right quantity for a room that uses large formats for sharing rather than for every cover, and melamine keeps the carry weight down at this footprint.
