About this product
Green platters earn their keep on a buffet line, where the colour has to distinguish one station from another at a glance across a crowded room. Anything flat and pale disappears under the sneeze guard; this does not.
11-1/2 inch oval, green
The piece measures 11-1/2 by 7-1/4 inches with a wall just over an inch, deep enough for a dressed salad or a braise without spill. The black exterior means the underside does not show grease marks the way a pale platter does. Melamine is the practical choice at this scale: it survives the repeated lifting and sliding of a two-hour service.
