Yanco AC-6 Abco Chinaware 6-1/4" Plate, Bright White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

At six and a quarter inches across, this is the side plate that sits to the left of the cover: bread and butter during service, a wedge of cake after it, or a small cheese course on a buffet line. The well is shallow at three quarters of an inch, so a roll stays put without the plate looking cavernous around it.

It stacks tightly with the rest of the Abco rounds, which matters when thirty-six of them come out of one box onto a shelf above a prep bench. The rolled edge takes the knocks that a side plate gets more than any other shape, since it is handled constantly and rarely washed alone.
