About this product
Past fourteen inches a plain round stops being a plate, and the AC-16-C is firmly past it at sixteen. Rimless, with the face climbing an inch and three quarters to the edge, it is a round serving platter and is named as one.
Buffet lines use a round this size for a cake, a pizza, a carved joint or a tray of canapes arranged in rings. The coupe profile means there is no rim line to break up a circular arrangement, which is the whole reason a presentation kitchen chooses it over a rimmed round. Three to the case, which is as many as this width packs safely. White chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
