If you don't know which flow rate to start with, we recommend staring with the slow flow nipple and sizing up if needed based on your individual baby's feeding cues. If baby dribbles large amounts of milk, the flow rate is too fast. If baby cries and seems frustrated, the flow rate is too slow. If baby seems satisfied and only dribbles milk minimally, the flow rate is likely correct.
