How to use the off-scalp application:
1. Mix 1 scoop (1 oz) of Extra Strength Powder Lightener with 1.5 oz - 2 oz of 20 or 40 volume WELLA COLORCHARM Cream Developer to non- metallic bowl.
2. Check hair every 5-10 minutes.
3. Process for up to 50 minutes.
How to use the On-scalp application:
1. Mix 1 scoop (1 oz) of Extra Strength Powder Lightener with 2 oz of 20-volume WELLA COLORCHARM Cream Developer in a non-metallic bowl.
2. Apply evenly to unwashed hair.
3. Process for up to 50 minutes.
