This 340-HD2 Reprogramming Kit is designed for 1985 and newer Toyota, Lexus, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, and Jeep vehicles equipped with A340, A341, A343, and AW4 series automatic transmissions.
Key Features & Benefits:
- Includes components to recalibrate accumulators, feed orifices, and pressure regulation for improved clutch plate durability and short, firm shifts—ideal for hot rods and work trucks.
- Optional low hold 1-2 shift valve allows the transmission to stay in low gear when the lever is in manual low position.
- Drop-in USA-made hardened steel TCC relay boost valve and bushing restore hydraulic circuit integrity, providing a durable replacement for the soft aluminum OEM parts.
- Installation can be completed with the transmission still in the vehicle.
