Baby hair oil for a dry, flaky scalp and new curls, travel size
For a parent caring for a baby's dry, flaky scalp away from home, the Cristina's Curls Nourishing Baby Hair and Scalp Oil travel size is gentle care for the scalp in 1 oz: a few drops, warmed in your palms and massaged in before or after the bath.
Baby curls start at the scalp. In the first year a scalp can dry out and flake fast, and fine new hair loses moisture easily. This oil blends blackberry seed, avocado and rice bran oils with rosemary and olive leaf extracts. Avocado oil nourishes a dry scalp and rice bran oil leaves a light sheen on curls. On flaky days, a few drops before the bath soften flakes so they lift away in the wash. It's the oil in Courtney's cradle cap routine.
It's the travel size of the 4.5 oz bottle, made for the diaper bag, the hospital bag and carry-on liquids, and two or three drops is enough for most babies. It works on waves, curls and coils, including biracial babies' hair. Courtney Smith, a mom and licensed esthetician, made the line for her daughter, Cristina, and more than 70,000 families now use it.
