About this product
A gathering of expressive cats fills the center of this ceramic curry dish, creating a playful surprise that appears with every meal. Shinzi Katoh’s loose, hand-drawn illustration style gives each cat its own personality, making the plate just as enjoyable to look at between bites as it is to serve from. Whether you’re plating Japanese curry, pasta, stew, or a comforting soup, the generous shape is made for everyday meals.
The clean white porcelain provides a crisp backdrop for the lively black-and-white cat illustrations, with a few curious feline friends wandering around the rim as if they’ve escaped the crowd. The gently raised sides help contain sauces and broths, while the simple form keeps the artwork at the center of attention.
A thoughtful piece for cat lovers, collectors of Japanese tableware, or anyone who enjoys adding a little character to the dinner table.
