The NaceCare 18270E: Turn Your AV Walk-Behind Into a Hard Floor Cleaner
Lobbies with carpet in the middle and tile around the edges. Hotel corridors that end in LVT elevator landings. With the NaceCare 18270E hard floor squeegee, your AV 12QX or AV 18SX picks up solution from hard floors too, so one machine cleans both.
Remove the carpet shoe, fit the squeegee and lower the brush housing to its lowest setting. Then clean the same way you clean carpet.

The Owner's Insights on the 18270E
It's a lot of money for a squeegee, and for a building that's mostly hard floor, an auto scrubber is the better tool. Where it pays off is mixed floors: you clean the carpet and the tile in the same shift without bringing a second machine.
Use a neutral hard floor cleaner, keep the spray light and don't use a hard floor brush on carpet. It's too aggressive and can damage the fibers.
