This bundle covers a Sur-Ron LBX or Segway X160/X260 from the frame to the rear suspension: the full-body titanium bolt kit (80+ pieces) plus the titanium rear linkage bolt kit, both machined from certified Grade 5 (6AL-4V) titanium with rolled threads.

Options: choose your LBX year model (2024 and prior, or 2025 and newer), the linkage kit style and the color.
Linkage kit styles
- No triangle bolts: 4 linkage/shock bolts (top, middle and bottom of the linkage and top of the shock).
- With triangle bolts, excluding frame bushing sleeves: 6 bolts.
- With triangle bolts, including frame bushing sleeves: 6 bolts plus 2 bushing sleeves.
The linkage bolts will not work with a Prickly linkage unless you use OEM bushing sleeves, because Prickly sleeves are slightly smaller. Replacement OEM linkage bushing sleeves are sold separately.
Full-body kit coverage
The body kit replaces motor mount, peg bracket, subframe, skid plate, sprocket, chain guard, battery tray, controller mount and headlight bracket bolts, front and rear rotor bolts, brake caliper bolts, peg and battery lid pins, the rear axle nut and jackshaft nut, and handlebar, brake handle and throttle bolts. Fork bolts and direct mount stem bolts are not included; see titanium fork bolt kits or the full-body bolt kits for e-moto. Kits are designed around an OEM bike, so aftermarket parts may need extra hardware. Use a torque wrench where applicable.
