About this product
Built for runners who log serious miles on technical mountain terrain, the Speedgoat 7 is our go-to trail shoe for high-volume training and race day. A supercritical EVA midsole gives you genuine energy return without killing the cushion, while Vibram Megagrip locks down traction on wet rocks, loose dirt, and everything in between.
- Supercritical EVA midsole delivers better energy return and lighter weight than standard foam — without sacrificing the cushion Speedgoat is known for
- Vibram Megagrip outsole with updated lug orientation handles wet, dry, and mixed terrain — critical for the unpredictable conditions we see across Southern trails
- Lightweight woven upper breathes well on hot, humid days while holding up through long miles and brush-heavy singletrack
- Refined heel collar and tongue improve lockdown on steep climbs and technical descents — less foot movement means less fatigue late in a run
- 37mm heel / 33mm forefoot stack with 4mm drop gives you maximal cushion and a low-drop feel — available in Bay Leaf/Sea Glass and Varsity Navy/Barley Flour, sizes 8.5–15
