About this product
Built for men who push hard on technical singletrack and ultra-distance courses, the Speedgoat 5 is our go-to trail shoe when the terrain gets serious. Vibram Megagrip with 5mm lugs locks into loose and rocky ground, while the CMEVA midsole absorbs brutal impacts without killing your stride. It drains fast too — a real plus on wet Southern crossings.
- Vibram Megagrip outsole with 5mm lugs grips loose dirt, rock, and mud where lesser shoes slip
- CMEVA midsole delivers responsive cushioning that handles repeated hard landings on technical terrain
- Lighter construction than previous Speedgoat models without sacrificing durability or protection underfoot
- Breathable upper drains quickly after stream crossings — built for wet, humid Southern trail conditions
- 4mm heel-to-toe drop keeps your stride natural across everything from rocky singletrack to ultra-distance efforts
