Lower A-arm slot block kit for the 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor: lock out plates that fill the alignment slot so only the bolt hole is left. Once the alignment is set, the lower arms cannot be knocked out of it.
The lower arm pivots sit in slots so the alignment can be adjusted. Hit something hard enough and the bolt can slide in that slot, taking the alignment with it. These plates fill the gap and hold the bolt where it was set.

Why Lock Out The Slot
An adjustment slot is a compromise: it lets the alignment be set, but the only thing holding the arm in position afterwards is bolt clamping force. Under a big hit off-road, that clamp can slip, the pivot bolt moves in the slot, and the truck comes out of alignment. Then it pulls, wears tires and handles differently side to side.
Filling the slot turns that adjustable mount into a fixed one. The plates leave only the bolt hole, so the bolt has nowhere to go, while you still choose the alignment position with the plates themselves.
How It Works
Lower alignment is still done with the plates: the center block plates hold the arm at the center of the slot, and the offset plates hold it at full offset to the right or left. Pick the plate that gives the alignment you want, and it provides the strength needed to keep things in place.
The Foutz Motorsports team developed these lock out plates for the Bronco Raptor out of our off-road racing program with the 2017 Ford Raptor.
