About this product
The Burton Escapade Re:Flex has earned its place as one of Burton's most trusted women's bindings by doing something surprisingly difficult.
It delivers premium performance without ever feeling overly serious.
From the first chair to the last, the Escapade strikes an impressive balance between support and comfort. It has enough backbone to confidently carve hard, ride steeper terrain, and keep up as your riding progresses, but never asks more from you than necessary. Instead, it responds naturally and predictably, making every run feel a little easier.
The Re:Flex baseplate lets you mount these on any board, and assists in the bindings overall feel as well. By allowing your board to flex more naturally beneath your feet, it creates a ride that feels smooth and connected across a huge variety of snow conditions and snowboard designs. It's the kind of binding that complements whatever board you pair it with.
The Hammockstrap and Kickback Hammock highback round out the package with a secure, comfortable fit that minimizes pressure points while keeping your boots locked in where they belong. It's supportive when you're driving through a turn, comfortable when you're cruising with friends, and dependable no matter how long the day lasts.
If you're comparing the Escapade Re:Flex to the Lexa X Re:Flex, consider your riding style and what you're hoping to maximize. The Lexa X responds a little quicker and feels a touch more precise. The Escapade leans toward comfort while still offering all the performance most riders will ever ask for.
For a lot of riders, the Escapade Re:Flex offers plenty of performance while also increasing comfort levels while on the hill. That's a winning package.
*Compatible with standard hole pattern snowboards, as well as boards with The Channel.
