About this product
The Ahimsa Balanced Bites Plate is a pediatrician-designed stainless steel divided toddler plate made to replace plastic kids dishware with a safer non toxic alternative. Made from durable 304 (18/8) food-grade stainless steel, it is designed for years of family meals.
Three deep compartments (2 oz, 4 oz, 12 oz) and a 1.2-inch depth keep foods separated for picky eaters. The signature oval shape fits most standard high chairs, and curved walls support toddlers learning to scoop and self-feed.
Each plate features a mirror-polished stainless steel interior that resists dulling and discoloration. Color versions use a titanium PVD finish, where color is bonded directly to the stainless steel for long-lasting vibrancy.
Unlike plastic, bamboo, or silicone plates, stainless steel does not warp, retain odors, or absorb soap taste. The plate is unbreakable, dishwasher safe, and designed for years of use.
Ahimsa dishes are MADE SAFE® certified and free from BPA, PVC, phthalates, melamine, and lead.
Best for children ages 1–5 and for families seeking plastic-free kids dishware or durable stainless steel toddler plates. The Balanced Bites Plate is part of the Ahimsa Mindful Mealtime Set and part of the Ahimsa Signature Collection of pediatrician-designed stainless steel kids dishware.
