The AWE ColdFront Intercooler is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory intercooler on the Audi B9 SQ5 3.0T, built around cast aluminum end tanks with internal baffling and a bar and plate aluminum core for maximum heat transfer.
Whether your SQ5 is running higher-than-stock boost or staying within factory spec, keeping intake air temperature low and pressure drop to a minimum helps engine output stay consistent as outside temperatures climb. No cutting is required to install it, and it reuses the factory intercooler hoses and clamps.
