The Arc'teryx Women's Norvan LD 4 Shoe is a long-distance trail running shoe designed for comfort, stability, and confidence across changing mountain terrain. A spacious forefoot allows natural foot movement over longer distances, while the secure midfoot construction helps keep the foot locked in over mud, roots, rocks, and technical trails.
A dual-density midsole combines cushioning with lasting shock absorption and support for extended runs. Two strategically mapped woven upper materials balance breathability, flexibility, and abrasion resistance, while laminated TPU reinforcement adds protection in high-wear areas.
Underfoot, a Vibram® Megagrip outsole with LITEBASE technology delivers dependable traction without unnecessary weight. A custom mud-releasing 4mm lug pattern provides grip across both hardpack and softer terrain.
