The Arc'teryx Men's Norvan LD 4 Shoe is a long-distance trail running shoe built for training and adventure runs across mud, roots, rocks, and changing terrain. A spacious forefoot allows the foot to spread naturally, while the secure midfoot construction provides stability and control over longer distances.
A dual-density midsole combines responsive cushioning with lasting shock absorption and support on rugged terrain. The breathable woven upper uses targeted abrasion-resistant materials and flexible TPU reinforcements for added durability, while an external midfoot frame helps prevent forward movement and toe impact on descents.
Underfoot, a Vibram® Megagrip outsole with LITEBASE technology delivers dependable traction while minimizing weight. Custom 4mm lugs shed mud and provide grip across hard-packed and softer trails.
