Data PlateAbout MSN-02 Zeong
The MSN-02 Zeong was developed by the Principality of Zeon as a prototype Newtype-use mobile suit near the end of the One Year War. Piloted by Char Aznable during the Battle of A Baoa Qu, the Zeong featured advanced psycommu technology that allowed its wired forearms to operate as remote-controlled weapons. Despite being only partially completed, the machine demonstrated overwhelming combat capability and became one of the most iconic mobile suits in the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.
About the Zeong Design
The Zeong is renowned for its unique legless configuration, emphasizing space combat performance over conventional mobile suit mobility. Its distinctive silhouette, powerful Mega Particle Cannons, and psycommu-controlled weapon system have made it a fan-favorite design for decades. The machine remains one of the most recognizable examples of Zeon's experimental mobile suit development and continues to receive new model kit interpretations across multiple Gundam product lines.
