About this product
This is a Yves Delorme Athena sheet set in the color Blanc (white), a French luxury bedding line combining a solid white ground with a bourdon-stitched (embroidered satin-stitch) border that runs vertically and horizontally around the edges of the flat sheet and pillowcases.
Primary purpose: bed linens for dressing a mattress, intended for general household and hospitality-style use (listed as unisex/all shoppers).
Each sheet set is made of long-staple combed cotton woven in a 500 thread count percale construction, a crisp, tightly woven, smooth-finish weave rather than a sateen. The product data also describes the percale as organic cotton in one product-copy line, though this is not confirmed elsewhere as a certified attribute, so shoppers should not assume organic certification. Sheets are made in France.
Set contents: one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two standard pillowcases. The fitted sheet is solid white with no embroidered border and has full elastic around the perimeter for a secure fit on the mattress.
Available sizes (each sold as a complete set of flat sheet, fitted sheet, and two pillowcases): Twin, Full, Queen, King, and California King. All sizes are offered only in the Blanc (white) color for this listing; other colorways of the Athena pattern (such as Celeste, Veronese, Pierre, Nacre, Fjord, Platine, Santal, Kaki, and Dune) are sold as separate product listings, not as variants of this one.
A free Color Swatch Sample option is also available for this listing, allowing a shopper to view and feel the actual fabric and color before purchasing a full sheet set.
Functional characteristics: crisp, breathable percale hand-feel; graphic bourdon-stitched border detailing for a tailored, hotel-style look; smooth white ground designed to pair with decorative shams or bedding separates from the same Athena collection.
Alternate terminology and search synonyms: bed sheets, sheet set, cotton bedding, percale sheets, French linens, luxury hotel sheets, white bed linens, Yves Delorme bedding.
