Yanco WD-710 Wooden Tray Melamine 10" x 5-1/2" x 2" Oval Deep Plate 18 oz, Brown — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Two inches of wall around a 10" by 5-1/2" oval gives the WD-710 an 18 oz working volume in a long, narrow profile. The result behaves like a shallow boat: braised dishes, mussels, a dressed salad for one, anything where sauce needs somewhere to pool without spreading across a wide floor.

The oval reads differently from the triangles and rounds elsewhere in this line and is worth specifying where a menu wants variety in plate silhouette rather than variety in size. Brown wood-grain melamine keeps the warm finish and loses the maintenance. Break-resistant and dishwasher safe.
