Yanco SN-107 Sentry Melamine 7-1/2" x 7/8" Round Deep Plate, White and Black — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Sentry runs its gradient from a pale centre out to a dark edge, and on a 7-1/2 inch salad plate the transition happens fast enough to frame a small portion without crowding it. The wall stands 7/8 inch proud of the table, enough of a lip to hold a dressing in place.

Kitchens reach for this diameter when a course needs its own plate but not a full cover: a side salad, a bread and oil service, two or three composed canapes. Melamine leaves the dish pit dry and unchipped, shift after shift. Cases arrive 48 deep, which suits a room that turns tables quickly and wants a clean cover waiting on the shelf.
