About this product
Twelve inches point to point, with a wall of an inch and three-quarters. That depth makes it a serving platter for food carrying sauce or dressing rather than a flat presentation piece, and the three straight edges give a clean line against a round charger or a square table.
Three corners on a twelve-inch piece are far enough apart that three separate components can be laid out without reading as crowded, which is why it works for a shared mezze, a cheese selection or a dessert sampler. A full dozen fills a case, and the straight edges mean they stack square on a shelf. Relief follows the three sides; the centre is left smooth glazed. Chinaware, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
