A nappie bowl 5-5/8 inches across with two inches of wall, holding 12.5 ounces. A nappie is the round, straight-walled workhorse bowl of a commercial kitchen: soup, a side of beans, a scoop of ice cream, a half-portion of pasta, a bowl of cereal at breakfast. The wall is high enough to hold liquid and low enough to eat out of comfortably with a tablespoon.

Within the pattern it sits in the middle of three nappies, between the 5-1/4 inch at 10 ounces and the 5-7/8 inch at 15 ounces, which lets a kitchen portion three ways from one shape. The rolled rim resists chipping where bowls knock together in a bus tub. Three dozen per carton.
