Nine inches is the working entree round for a room that plates a composed main rather than a buffet portion, and the PT-109 dinner plate is Pine Tree's version of it.
The rim carries the pattern band; the well leaves space for a protein and two sides without food running to the edge. It ships twenty-four to the case, the same count as the ten inch PT-110, so a kitchen can order both rounds on one rotation. Weight stays low for the diameter, which keeps a loaded tray manageable across a long room.
