About this product
A rectangular four-compartment plate, 10-1/4" by 8-3/4" and a shallow 3/4" deep. Compartment pieces keep their functional name and stay plates whatever their footprint, which is why this one is not called a platter despite running past ten inches on the long side.
Four wells let a cafeteria, a hospital tray line or a diner breakfast service plate a protein, two sides and a sauce or dessert with nothing touching or bleeding across. The divisions are moulded into the body rather than applied, so there is no seam to trap food and the whole plate goes through a dish machine on a flat rack.
