A seven inch plate with an upright rim, standing 3/4 inch at the edge. The rim turns up rather than flaring out, which pens a sauce in and gives a server a dry margin to hold.

At this diameter it works as a bread and butter plate, a side for a pickle or condiment service, or the base for a cup of soup.

Peacock's rim plates run 7, 10 and 12 inches across; this is the 7 inch, three inches under the PK-210, and it stacks tightly on its own ledge.
