Four and three quarter inches across, an inch and a half deep. Against the NS-303 in the same diameter it gains a quarter inch of wall, enough to stop a loose serve spreading thin across the base. Nessico supplies the shape in green, tan and white as well, so a kitchen can run one colour per diet code without changing the bowl. Forty-eight in a case.
