About this product
Dessert plates in a cafeteria take more abuse than dinner plates do, because they are stacked on a cold rail, loaded by guests and bussed in haste. The MS-007YL is dimensioned at 7-1/2" by 3/4" and made from extra heavy weight melamine, so it absorbs that cycle without the edge nicks that make a plate unservable.
Yellow stays bright under the fluorescent light of a service line, where softer colours flatten out. It is one of six finishes on the same tooling, so a yellow 7-1/2" plate and a white one nest together at the same stack height. Break-resistant, dishwasher safe, four dozen in a case.
