A dessert station wants a plate small enough to keep portions honest and deep enough in section not to flex under a warm slice. At 6-1/2" in diameter over 3/4" of melamine, the MS-006IV answers both. The wide rim gives the pastry chef a clean border to work against and keeps sauce from running to the edge of the plate.
Ivory is the softer of Milestone's two neutrals, closer to cream than to paper, and it flatters baked goods and fruit in a way that bright white does not. Cases hold four dozen. The body is extra heavy weight melamine, break-resistant and dishwasher safe, in a collection built around heavy use rather than occasional service.
