Eleven by 8-1/2 inches with three 6-ounce wells, ML-823 is the sharing version of the three-way divided bowl, carrying 18 ounces across its sections against the 12 ounces of the 8 by 6 inch model. The extra width matters more here than the extra volume.
Each well is long enough to lay items out in a row rather than heap them, which is what a mezze or antipasti service needs. It works just as well as a condiment station on a buffet, where one bowl replaces three loose ramekins that drift out of line within an hour of the doors opening.
