Yanco MD-111 Milando Melamine 10-1/2" Round Plate, White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

The MD-111 adds a full inch of diameter over the nine-and-a-half-inch round and another quarter inch of depth, which changes what it can do. Ten and a half inches gives a composed plate margin on all sides, and a one-and-a-quarter-inch wall is enough to hold a braise or a curry without a separate vessel.

Two dozen arrive in each carton, the same count as the round below it. Operators running a mixed service often pair the two: the smaller round for lighter plates at lunch, this one when the kitchen wants the food to read as a full dinner.
