Six and three-eighths of an inch across, eleven and a half ounces, with the sloped wall and broad opening that gives the grapefruit bowl its name: a halved citrus sits in the well with its cut face level and the rim clear all round, so a serrated spoon can work the segments without the half tipping.
Away from the breakfast section the same geometry serves a dish of soup, a pasta side, a bread pudding or a bowl of nuts on a bar. It spans more than either Jersey fruit dish and carries roughly double what the JS-505 holds, while sitting shallower in the wall than the JS-406 nappie. Three dozen to the case.
