About this product
Three and a half ounces in a four and a quarter inch dish an inch deep — the small fruit bowl in Green Band, and a portion-control piece as much as a serving one. At this volume a kitchen can send a fixed scoop of fruit salad, a relish, a dip or a condiment without anyone having to measure.
It is the narrower of the pattern's two fruit bowls; the GB-11 adds another half inch across if the portion calls for it. Being shallow and light, these nest tightly into a column, which is why operators keep a tall stack of them standing ready on the cold line.
